Meet the Founders
Maria Matarelli
Maria Matarelli is an international business consultant by day and DJ by night that travels the world training businesses of all sizes from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurs on the most effective Agile approaches to do twice the work in half the time. Maria has trained teams at IBM, Microsoft, and Disney as well as start up companies around the world through her company, Formula Ink. Along her travels, Maria has DJ'd in Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, Fiji, and many other locations applying the same Agile techniques she consults large organizations on to building an international DJ career.
Nic Sementa
As a serial entrepreneur, Nic Sementa has co-founded a series of companies including one of Inc Magazine’s top 500 fastest growing businesses (a credit card processing start-up in 2007), nationally distributed college magazine Boosh, and a community based artist incubator RGB Lounge. Nic is Director of Business Development at Formula Ink and co-founder of the Agile Marketing Academy alongside Maria.
